Fee Structure

Clients are billed during the initial meeting to discuss wills, and subsequent visits cover the review and signing of documents. Typically, we retain the original signed will and provide clients with two copies. In the case of Powers of Attorney, we generate three originals; clients retain two, while we retain the third. Our standard fees, inclusive of basic estate planning and disbursements, are outlined below, with an additional 13% HST applied to each fee:
Single Couple
Will $420.00 + HST $690.00 + HST
Power of Attorney $245.00 + HST $345.00 + HST
Will and Power of Attorney $595.00 + HST $920.00 + HST
